W Singapore – Sentosa Cove is repeatedly praised for attentive, fast service, cleanliness, luxurious grounds, a large pool, and strong family amenities including free ice cream, popcorn, and bath toys. Guests highlight excellent breakfast, a quiet harbour location, and complimentary shuttle service. Families dominate the feedback; the main drawbacks are high rates and one concern about pool upkeep.

The luxury of the hotel, its location, the spacious rooms, and the outdoor pool open 24 hours mean that even if you are walking outside the resort all day, you can still enjoy the facilities when you return in the evening. The breakfast is nice, diverse, and suitable.
Couldn't fault anything - really nice hotel, staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was amazing (particularly travelling with two kids who are very picky eaters) and everyone just went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time.
I couldn’t fault it …. If I had to choose something - it would be that it cost a lot to stay there but that was expected and our bills weren’t a nasty surprise at the end.

2 days before arrival they took 30% of the final amount from my card without permission while on booking.com it says you will pay the whole amount on arrival.
As a hotel manager myself I feel really sorry for all those guests that pay 700+ dollars a night to come to this shameful ‘5 star hotel’.
We have been visiting W Singapore - Sentosa Cove every summer since 2022, and it has truly become our family's home away from home.

Summary: I don't know if it was just the room we stayed in, or the hotel is in a deep need for a refurbishment.
Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) enjoyed a short stay to recharge before heading home to Australia after a big Europe trip.
Pretty much everything. for the price like that, you would expect everything to be perfect, but it is far from it.

We have always enjoyed our stay at W Singapore and have been here on more 10 seperate occasions and more.
As a frequent traveler, I’m picky about hotels that balance luxury and functionality—and W Singapore - Sentosa Cove delivered.
As good as before. love it. better when with the family though. Great vibe, staff and very clean.

It was our first time at the hotel, and overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The staff pay close attention to every detail to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
Was a huge que on the Sunday and had to order breakfast to the room.

Overall, the stay was amazing as always, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!
A truly comfortable and family-friendly stay, perfect for young kids, with excellent service.
As a family of four, we had a fun, and relaxing stay.

A great resort to relax at and enjoy the city of Singapore
If you are looking for a luxury holiday, I recommend choosing this.
I had a great experience at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove.

It made us feel at home, thank you very much
Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again.
The amount was increased under the pretext of service fees

Hope to see you all again in near future.
I have nothing to not like about this place!
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, large pool.

Shuttle service (free) to many other useful locations.
Nice for a few days break in Singapore.
I have a great stay at the Hotel.

Staff: What guests say
View W Singapore – Sentosa Cove290 relevant reviews
Staff are repeatedly described as exceptionally friendly, attentive, professional, and helpful across reception, concierge, dining, housekeeping, and poolside service. Guests highlight proactive care, including arranging baby bed guards, sending a rain-interrupted meal to a room, accommodating children’s food requests, and providing responsive pre-arrival assistance. Many report seamless, detail-oriented service and memorable personal attention.

While one of them printed our bill, which again took about 10 minutes, she nervously scratched at her cuticles with her nails right in front of us, causing blood to drip from her finger.
Special thanks to the team has always been an amazing host - we were warmly welcomed and attended by the lovely Ms. Q, Goutham, Azeem, Vinay and Willy.
One particular moment that impressed us was when we requested extra pillows to block the sides of our bed to prevent our toddlers from falling.

The next day, when I wanted to order food, he quickly took out a notepad and asked about my food allergies – very thoughtful!
Because of the bad experience I won’t go to stay at the hotel again and won’t suggest to my friends either !
Whenever we approach any of the staff with a query, everyone jumped into help and always answer with a smile.

They were very responsive via emails, ensuring all arrangements were well taken care of even days before our check-in.
The team was considerate in making our weekend stay an unforgettable experience as we celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
The staff even offered each of us a bottle of water when we returned from our morning exercise.

The Woo bar crew remembered our faces and who we were traveling with … and our drinks!
The waiters just constantly happy to clean the table and dump the plates with full of food.
Even after highlighting and saying, can u help, they were slow to respond, no apology offered.

It was the most smooth and effortless experience I can recall from any hotel stay.
Vince ordered me cabs and also retrieved my phone that was left in a cab...yes!!!
The staff were all amazing and could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

Very little or no eye contact was made, no reference to customers by name.
We would also like to extend our compliments to the team at Skirt.
Excellent and attentive service by the staff from check in to check out.

We even got a complimentary birthday cake and balloons from the lovely staffs.
Everywhere we went in the hotel, everyone was so warm and helpful.
Some staff didn’t seem to know (or care) what they were doing.

Custom service is very good, all staff are helpful and professional.
Service was top notch from the door to the concierge.
Woobar service , the door men counter service is unfriendly.

This stay not only met expectations but exceeded them.
Our deepest gratitude to The Kitchen Table Team - the lovely Wahidah, the host Clarrisa, Pauline and Omar who ushered us to the dining table and, the smiley Kang, Thahira, Akshita, Kristel, Wendy, Grace, Bhavani, Rica, Trinity and also the chefs at the noodles and omelette stations for their great vibes.
Kitchen Table - thank you Jufrie, Jampa, Kristal, Pauline, Clarissa, Ricca, Novie, Lin, Doris, Kang, Soe, Guna, Bbhavani, lady chef at pastry station (I didn’t manage to get her name) and Chefs Joe, Eddie, Yicheng, Sebastian, Liang, Seng for making my breakfast time a nice start to my day.

On the day of our arrival, what truly stood out the most was Daryl the bell boy - he was standing at the hotel entrance, very initiative and helpful with our luggage when we alighted the taxi.
Tony at the front desk was truly exceptional and ensured that we extended our stay for 2 nights in a row to ensure we had maximum enjoyment from the hotel at such amazing value for money.
Staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was amazing (particularly travelling with two kids who are very picky eaters) and everyone just went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time.

Rooms: What guests say
View W Singapore – Sentosa Cove245 relevant reviews
Rooms are repeatedly described as spacious, clean, comfortable, modern, and well-equipped, with attractive pool, marina, harbour, and sea views; suites and balconies are notable upgrades. However, renovation quality and availability are inconsistent, with some guests receiving dated or unfinished rooms, occasional maintenance issues, missing amenities, musty smells, and beds that feel too firm.

Price including sales charge, taxes, etc. for the Spectacular King room alone, came up to 700+; felt was a little lacking in terms of what the room offers for the price (at the steep price, would envision it to have a little something more special e.g. the private mini pool in the Spectacular Away rooms)
Damaged item within hotel room (toilet roll holder just dropped to the floor upon touch, it was not fixed properly before guest check in), requested for room decor for birthday and hotel replied with confirmation on arrangement but it was a disappointment upon entering the room without any.
Rooms have a sliding door that services the toilet or shower, but cant do both at the same time. Once you finish your shower, you slide the door across to get out and of course all the water on shower door now drains onto the toilet floor.

Nespresso machine in room 328 was broken, TV sound would only come through speaker in bathroom (didn't watch TV at all while there anyway) and bathroom portable mirror was abit dicey (base wasn't secured and dropped on my toe).
The first room I got checked into seems to be the last room they had in the hotel as there was no other room I could change to.
Definitely give Away room a try for a different hotel room experience for a staycay or even a vacation with your partner or family!

We booked the away room with pool but due to unforeseen issues, all the rooms were unavailable at point of check in.
The room is spacious and clean, the lighting is beautiful, and the bathroom is large but it lacks a bidet.
We had two rooms - one double and one king; both rooms were spacious, clean, and well-laid out.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a double room, which was not very big considering the price.
Nice view as our room was facing the pool and we can also can see the yachts.
The toilet flush was not strong though, need to flush twice for a clean flush.

The rooms were beautiful (we had a fabulous twin and fabulous king) and so roomy.
The room was spotless and spacious, creating a comfortable environment for the whole family.
Room was very tired, and at that price felt we drew the short straw.

There’s a separate living room, a large walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom.
This hotel miss-sold this room on booking.com its not renovated but being renovated.
Operator suggest taking a look at another room which seems a little better.

The tatty towels and did not have our room serviced on 2 days
Premier deluxe king beds interconnect together or can be side by side
Hotel room TV audio system seems not very user friendly and intuitive.

...the hotel was very kind to offer us the Supreme Suite.
This was quite a busy hotel but the rooms were quiet.
Supposedly recently renovated this hotel renovations seem to be continuing.

A bad smell around the hotel lobby and in room.
Quiet room with numerous options for lighting (too many?)
The room were fantastic with just 1 minor issue.

All furniture and the room itself needs a renovation.
It was altogether relaxing and comfortable for families.
Rooms, facilities, staff and breakfast were all amazing!

Pool: What guests say
View W Singapore – Sentosa Cove195 relevant reviews
The large, warm outdoor pool is the dominant highlight: it is open 24 hours, has a waterslide, children’s and wading areas, varied depths, loungers, towels, poolside service and occasional treats. Repeated drawbacks include limited or broken loungers and worn towels, slow or QR-only bar ordering, peak-time crowds and outside children; reports also describe severe flies and a serious slide-safety lapse.

Way TOO many kids. W hotel is not a family hotel chain, but here it felt like we are in a kindergarten. Kids screaming in the pool 24/7 - you need either to warn that this is family hotel or restrict hours for kids in the pool
As well as pool bar for drinks and snacks that you can order from your phone and it comes right to your sub lounge which is not an extra cost for the sunbeds, unlike other five star hotels.
I didn’t get to try the famous 1,338-square-meter WET pool (with underwater speakers and a slide—looked amazing!) or the AWAY Spa due to work, but that just gives me a reason to come back.

The slide attendant allowed the next rider, an adult male, to descend without ensuring the previous person had safely exited, resulting in my young daughter being accidentally kicked in the head by him.
During the day, family members can stay out longer and return to the hotel later, while the kids can still enjoy swimming in the pool and have a lot of fun!
We especially like how the pool is open later too because its so nice to be able to go out for the day and come back for a swim.

The pool is quite large, and the opening hours are quite long, so there's no need to swim only when it's very hot during the day.
Pool area was very nice, but didn’t have enough staff to service it, had to wait a long time to place and receive orders.
Pool, Music, Sound quality, Style, Furniture, Most of the staff (Housekeeping, Reception Desk, Breakfast Reception, Pool Boys, Bed, Housekeeping, Surrounding, Lights, ...

The bar at the pool seemed under staffed and at peak periods it took a while to get a drink.
The private plunge pool allowed us to stay cool but away from the busy pool with families.
We really enjoyed the pool and noticed the kids having a great time on the slide.

The plunge pool was overlooked by other balconies and was extremely cold, so we didn’t use.
It feels much colder this time, part of the pool was closed/off limit as well.
The view from the room was of the pool and yachts, the view was amazing

When the kids found out the pool was 24 hrs they were so excited.
We really appreciated being able to enjoy the pool even late at night.
The pool with the slide was so much fun for the whole family

Nice big pool with a slide, didn't have any problem finding a sunbed.
Pleasantly sursurprised to find the water in the pool to be heated.
Great get away from the city in fantastic location with amazing pool.

A lot of the lounge chairs in pool area were broken.
The pool was the same and poolside service was great.
The location, pool, gardens and other facilities are top notch.

The pool was relaxing, and we loved the waterslide!
The location, the pool, kids activities , comfy beds
Loved that their pools are open 24h too.

Swimming pool and the size of the room
Pool was large and waterslide for kids.
The W has an excellent pool area.

Location: What guests say
View W Singapore – Sentosa Cove190 relevant reviews
Sentosa Cove offers a beautiful, quiet marina setting with promenades, yachts, nearby restaurants, cafés, and shops. Free shuttles make Sentosa attractions accessible, but the hotel is at the island’s far end: reaching central Singapore can be expensive, and beaches, Universal Studios, and the Aquarium are not conveniently walkable.

Not far from there is a monorail stop from which you can ride for free to the other side; if you ride one stop, you will find yourself on the top floor of the shopping center, and on the first floor is the exit to the street for buses and taxis, and there you can also access the MRT metro station.
Since it is located inside Sentosa Island, it was a bit inconvenient to go out (to VivoCity), as only bus B runs here. Moreover, at night the bus doesn't come back to the hotel, so I had to walk a lot, and the path was very dark and quiet, which was scary.
The location is amazing, the room is spacious and clean, the lighting is beautiful, the view is fantastic, and the bathroom is large but it lacks a bidet. There is a bus that departs every fifteen minutes to go to Sentosa activities for free.

The only thing we could fault is that the location is a bit secluded so if you're planning to do all the touristy things at Sentosa (beaches, resorts world etc) it's not part of the beach shuttle and monorail area.
The location is very excellent, the room is spacious, the bathroom is large, the view is fantastic, and walking in the hotel's garden is wonderful. There is a bus every 15 minutes that takes people to tourist attractions for free.
Right at the entrance to the hotel is the bus stop 'B', from which you can ride for free to the final station and transfer to bus 'C' to get to the entrance of Universal Park.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to do things at sentosa, there is a free shuttle bus that comes every 15 minutes and pick up from hotel to most sites.
The location was nice and relaxed with a good view of the marina and plenty of nearby local restaurants that may as well be attached to the hotel.
W Singapore was just the right place for the vibe as it was situated in Sentosa Cove, a private area away from the city.

Yet with Bus B which conveniently stops outside the hotel, it’s so easy for guests to access the other attractions on Sentosa.
Our son loved the hotel so much that he was almost in tears because he didn’t want to leave.
Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to do at this location; one must always take the bus or taxi.

You can rent bicycles at the entrance of the hotel and explore the island and the marina.
While the area is good all the places you would eat are more central London prices.
The hotel is located right by a harbor with docked boats and many private yachts.

The marina next door has shops (7/11 the far side) and various cafes and restaurants.
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and sights.
The area is lovely to walk around with other restaurants and a 7-11.

The Sentosa Bus B was always running to take you around the island.
Free shuttle bus around Sentosa made access to all attractions a breeze.
Peaceful location with lots of outside dining options I’m on your doorstep.

There is also a great choice of restaurants around the hotel.
Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Location: Located on Sentosa Island, surrounded by private yacht docking areas.

It truly made the last leg of my trip unforgettable.
Excellent location- great set of restaurants a short stroll away.
Buses run every fifteen minutes to and from Universal Singapore

It really didn't feel like singapore. Loved the vibe!
After breakfast, you can take a comfortable walk outside.
Fantastic location, wonderful views, with great amenities and facilities!

Breakfast: What guests say
View W Singapore – Sentosa Cove182 relevant reviews
Breakfast is repeatedly praised for its extensive, high-quality spread spanning Western, Asian, Indian and local dishes, with seafood, laksa, dim sum, pastries, fresh juices and made-to-order eggs; families especially enjoy it. Recurring drawbacks are crowded, noisy service and table queues, active birds outdoors, repetitive daily items, and isolated coffee and raw-egg complaints.

From huge range of pastries, cakes, deserts, fresh expensive fruits, pancakes, waffles, notella bar! Salad bar, marinated vegetables, Hummus, many salad sauce, inidian section that includes Indian breakfast food too, ramen corner, Chinese food, Asian food, eggs in all sorts, smoked salmon, many breads, jams, fruit bar... The selection is huge from Asian to western in high quality.
At breakfast there a big wondow with the whole meats that will be eaten during the afternoon, so for pur childr3n to have to walk past headless piglets, where you could see down what was the throat, was shockingly confronting at 730am and caused distress to our young kids.
We had an incident at Breakfast where multiple times we order a dish for the little one but were given something else and to not waste food all they did was scrap it off even though there was chill oil.

Breakfast at The Kitchen Table was just as good as we remembered from years back, especially the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict, the dish that I missed the most along these years and the taste is as good as before!
We found the breakfast process clearly inefficient: one day it was raining and not enough tables were available, so there was a very long queue and we had to wait for a long time.
Having breakfast outside would be extremely enjoyable (also thanks to the large fans that really help making the temperature acceptable) but it can be a challenge at times, as birds are very active.

The Best part is the breakfast! The best buffet you can imagine,!! If you love to enjoy an excellent breakfast that's the place, there won't be any fallout here.
One small thing to improve would be the iced chocolate; sadly, it tasted quite diluted, and we had no choice but to leave it unfinished.
Breakfast which was included in the room price was amazing, the best choice I have ever seen at a 5 star hotel.

The food throughout the stay was delicious, with a good variety of Indian dishes, which was a big plus.
Only minor thing: the breakfast menue is the same all the days so I suggest to change the menue.
Some staff cleaning tables and serving during Breakfast not smiling, puting dirty dishes on Bar and collect.

The cold cut meats were not fresh, the dim sum section had the same thing every day.
Special items (egg free) were made for our daughter at breakfast which she was thrilled about.
Breakfast is okay, a combination of Chinese and Western food, with a decent variety to eat.

The breakfast felt like I was eating in a Westfield food hall on a Sunday.
The breakfast was excellent with everything you could want catering for different cultures as well.
It was too comfortable that we didn’t wake up for breakfast and missed that.

The breakfast is suitable and diverse, and there is a helpful staff member, Bhavani.
The buffet breakfast every morning with the Bloody Mary bar … heaven.
Buffet breakfast was one of the best we have ever been to.

The buffet breakfast was good but should include more subcontinental flavours.
Great location, amazing staff and wonderful selection of breakfast options.
Breakfast every morning was delicious and lots of options.

Breakfast is impressive especially the made to order dishes.
Breakfast was a hit with the whole family.
Breakfast had a wide variety of cuisines.

The breakfast is simply excellent, exceptional, exquisite.
Juices all concentrate all super artificial-sweet.
Breakfast was also a highlight.

Facilities: What guests say
View W Singapore – Sentosa Cove101 relevant reviews
Facilities are frequently praised, especially the large family-friendly pool, gym, restaurants, bar, gardens, cleanliness, and children’s activities. However, several reviews report aging facilities, outdated entertainment, poor pool-changing-room cleanliness, insufficient towels, and occasional maintenance issues. Spa and food prices are considered high, while bathroom amenities and laundry access are limited.

Furthermore, the table placement in the dining area was excessively dense, resulting in very little space for guests and staff to maneuver, which negatively impacted the overall comfort and flow of the meal service.
There’s no enough towels at the pool , they always runs out hence can’t use the pool at times while waiting for the towels get delivered - and it took ages.
The food selections at meals is heavily geared towards eastern cultures, with a small selection of westerner type dishes, which is worth noting if you have kids or are fussy.

There's no bidet, and I thought it would be easier, but even the sounds are embarrassing in the bathroom; you can chat with your neighbor while everything is closed :)?!!
Climate control is loud and not comfortable adjustable.. some sealings at balcony are not working properly (age).. so you have high humidity and sometimes moisture on mirror etc
An unacceptable lapse in cleanliness was observed when a stallholder finished a meal and conveniently left the McDonald's takeaway packaging next to a main lobby lounge chair.

The Hotel ticks every box in terms of a 5 star hotel, and is not over crowded with sufficient facilities to ensure that everyone is catered for.
The only place in the lobby to meet up is a loud bar. It would be nice to have a more gentle sit down tea/drinks area too.
The one area that could use improvement is the ladies’ toilet/changing area by the pool — it was quite dirty and had a strong odor.

The hotel lobby, despite the upmarket setting, suffered from a significant breakdown in cleanliness and crowd management during a flea market event held there.
They had free popcorn and ice cream in the day for kids, lots of other activities through the day (movie screening, yoga classes, etc.)
Furniture is poorly maintained and dirty. There are multiple holes on the bedsheet, visible stain on sofa and carpet, doesn’t meet 5 star standard.

I missed having bicycles in the hotel for guests to use and the possibility of some padel or tennis courts to practice sports
Not very suitable for families with children, besides a swimming pool, there isn’t much else to do, and there is no private beach.
I think maybe not able to cater own foods, like only can buy grab food, and not put Buffet for party or event.

The pool was opened 24 hours, which at times we felt like it was exclusively for us when no one used it.
And they do have a great program to those who'd enjoy a direct short getaway to the hotel.
But the rooms still have the most uncomfortable sofas and lounge room tables, which are completely unusable.

The art installation on every nook and corner of the property was my favorite thing.
The addition of the table-tennis table is a fantastic touch that we really appreciate.
We also really liked the design of the lobby, the general facilities, etc.

Very expensive, $18 for a beer and $26 for a espresso martini
Snacks and drinks at the hotel are all extra, not free.
Lost the way from carpark to hotel lobby (no sign).

Very good facilities and walking distance to Quayside isle.
Interior is dated but aged well and kept clean.
Overall design, facilities and food quality were fantastic

With filtered drinking water (from the tap).
TV and blueray player are out dated.
The modern decor was fun and attractive.

Restaurant: What guests say
View W Singapore – Sentosa Cove64 relevant reviews
Dining is frequently praised, especially SKIRT’s steaks, Woo Bar, breakfast, and broad Western-to-Asian selections. However, on-site food and room service are repeatedly described as expensive, with limited halal, vegetarian, vegan, and children’s options. Breakfast can be crowded, while service and food quality are inconsistent, including an overcooked steak and delayed, burnt pizza.

Woo Bar was one of our favourite chilling spot for us to relax and unwind ourselves while enjoying great bites and ice cold beers especially after a long day of exploring on Sentosa Island.
The bathroom does not have a bidet, and the restaurant options under the hotel do not offer halal food, so we had to go outside the hotel to eat halal food.
We had lunch at little kitchen … medium rare steak was not medium rare , but well done and also the dessert wasnt fresh at all ( profiterolles)

During our dining experience, they kindly prepared porridge as requested for our girls, which was greatly appreciated and made our meal much more enjoyable as parents.
We also ate at skirt, claiming to be the no.1 restaurant in Sentosa was a big call and it certainly did not live up to it.
Wish there were halal options for the in room dining (but highly unlikely) so or at least more vegan/seafood options to choose from.

On the second day we waited over an hour before being told our food order (pizza) was burnt and had to be remade.
There is no kids menu for hotel restaurant at lunch or dinner. That was a bit of a shame..
The dining experience at WooBar was captivating, looking over the pool and dock – the food appetizing and delectable.

To their credit, staff members did apologise and reduced our bill, however, I did expect a better experience overall.
The all day dining is too small and cannot accommodate all guests, it gets very crowded at breakfast.
The sound in the Steak Restaurant was only good as long there was an extra speaker from Bose.

Skrt- their world renowned steakhouse - hands down the best wagyu experience agreed by the entire table.
It was on the pricey side but food is nice, service is attentive and atmosphere is pleasant.
Also you have to take one lift up to reception then take another lift to your room.

But I didn't find it very impressive. Everything they serve is not halal, so it's not useful.
Some restaurant personnel are not trained, needed to repeat multiple times of a missing coffee or dish...
Excellent expansive food options to suit all tastes the health conscious and the fried food set

Skirt - thank you Anis, Tracy and Lily for making our dinner evening a great one.
Whether it was breakfast, in-room dining, or dining at the hotel’s restaurants, everything was top-notch.
Have a pleasant lunch eith family the first time at the Kitchen Table, W Singapore.

The food was fantastic, with a great selection of delicious options to choose from.
The number of restaurants & the amazing variety overlooking the Marina was a surprise.
Alot of restaurants were outside the resort which was very convenient for us

And would be great if there's a bidet spray near the toilets.
We had the bbq buffet night one, which was disappointing.
The food was ok, I have had better steaks.

Prices for in house food and drinks were high,
Staff can be hit and miss at Restaurant.
There's a restaurant for dinner, a bar.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View W Singapore – Sentosa Cove57 relevant reviews
Guests frequently praise warm, helpful staff and smooth check-in/out, with early check-in sometimes granted. However, long queues and room-readiness delays are recurring, including waits over 30 minutes or until 5 p.m. Late-checkout flexibility is inconsistent, while large deposits and delayed refunds cause notable frustration; occasional booking cancellations and communication failures are serious concerns.

That we were canceled one night of the two we had reserved, since I made the reservation well in advance and it was frustrating to have to deal with the issue of the canceled night instead of enjoying our time with our plans, it is uncomfortable to be in one hotel one night and another hotel the next night because we couldn't settle in properly, but well the hotel resolved it in the best way possible and took very good care of us, as well as providing us with the facilities for transportation from one hotel to another.
The pre check in testing payment was not release upon check out and it was double charge to customer and the pending deduction was only release in credit after we requested for the reversal transaction slip for verification with bank (seems like proper procedure is different from our understanding per booking system).
For a guest who stayed more than 1 night and paid to upgrade to another room, they should can offer a better room transfer process; as I still had to check out by 12pm and waited till after 3pm to check into the new room.

Even though I had told staff and when coming back ,certain staff even recognised me from the day before, no sympathy was shown considering it was lack of communication on the hotels part as I had NO idea about the 24hr rule.
Only letdown was not getting a late checkout, even though I’m a Marriott Gold Elite member. After several requests, I did get a 1 PM checkout, but since my flight was in the evening, a little more flexibility would have been appreciated.
They save your card information and take a ridiculous deposit, and despite 15 days passing, they do not refund your card; after the hotel transaction, close your card, otherwise you can't get your money and you will be waiting for days.

Not handy when you have young kids to be linked to Singapore: bus + monorail + MRT to go somewhere os at least 1h and 15' time you need if you don't want to geta taxi all the time.
The following day was a Saturday, and despite knowing that we were going to up late for our celebrations, they called the room at 8am, waking everyone in the room up to ask if they could send the cake.
We had requested for a late checkout which was confirmed by the front office guy Ryan, so much so that the late checkout time of 2 PM was written by him on the key card holder.

Next morning when I requested for late check out to rest longer due to insufficient rest, the staff denied that it was their fault and claimed such fire alarm was needed.
Staff then informed me apparently there’s a 24hr limit on check in and my booking was cancelled, on top of that my room is gone and they were fully booked.
Even after telling him that we have been given a late checkout by this particular gentleman from front office, our both key cards were disabled which was extremely surprising!

The check-in was smooth and stress-free; Nigel took the time to explain the recent changes and hotel activities to us, which really made our arrival experience very pleasant.
The check in they let us wait until 3:00 pm exactly and we we arrived @11:00 am, note that I have contacted them before for our arrival time.
When I checked in, they bothered me with the deposit; later I understood from them that if you're not going to the restaurant, you can pay them directly!

Check-out is at 12 noon, and as soon as the clock hit 12, they started knocking on the door and calling on the phone, which bothered us.
Showed up on the check in date after a long flight and unfortunately a friend of mine staying at another hotel accidentally had my passport.
Their trick to not get bad reviews is to keep your deposit for 14 days which I have never experienced before in all my travel.

However, they called at 10am to offer the cake once again despite us declining it already - preventing us from getting proper and adequate rest.
From the first minute that we checked-in where they organised our premium deluxe pool view king rooms to be side by side
But on the day of check out someone from the hotel came to the room to enquire abt our check out time.

On the evening when we arrived the lobby was very very noisy with lots and lots of children running around and shouting.
Because it was almost midnight I’d spent the night there was exhausted and came back to the hotel the following day.
When my room was not ready, I was delighted to be brought to a nearby in house restaurant for refreshments.

Walked at 3 pm to the front desk and room was ready but nobody told me or called me.
We have a booking and they cancelled themselves even when we have paid for 2 days …
The Dine & Delight offer is moderately economical, and the options are too limited

I supposed to check in at 3pm, but room is only ready at 5pm.
Hope any future people visiting have a better experience than I did x
The plus was we got an early check in which i really rate

Transport: What guests say
View W Singapore – Sentosa Cove33 relevant reviews
Free Sentosa shuttle buses, especially Bus B stopping at the hotel, are the standout transport benefit, often running every 10–15 minutes to beaches, monorail, Universal Studios, and other attractions. However, routes and schedules can be confusing, VivoCity access may require transfers, and CBD, airport, and taxi transport can be difficult or costly.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the beach and other areas of the Island, including the monorail , we used this a couple of times, it was very efficient.
On the other side, after riding one stop on the monorail and taking a short walk to the neighboring shopping center, you will find currency exchange offices with better exchange rates.
The Sentosa free shuttle B, made it super easy to get to the other side of the island where Universal Studio & all the activities are

The information about the hotel shuttle bus routes and schedules is not very clear, and I didn't know where to obtain this information.
The hotel location is quite far from the zoo and the eco-park, so it's recommended to download the Singapore TAXI APP first.
W hotel has the free Sentosa island bus stop right out the front - easy to access all areas of the island.

The shuttle bus service to Universal Studios and other nearby spots was super convenient and made exploring the area easy.
The free shuttle bus allowed you to navigate around Sentosa to see the highlights it had to offer.
Getting to and from the cbd was a little difficult with grab and taxis charging higher fees

But it is as convenient with the Sentosa shuttle (Bus B), even if you're not driving.
There is a bus that departs every fifteen minutes to go to Sentosa activities for free.
But the island shuttles run every 10 minutes to take us to the other side ...

The complimentary W shuttle to VivoCity was a real blessing, practical, timely, and much appreciated.
Having to interchange at the bus station to get onto the monorail to do this.
Great to have the shuttle us right at the hotel for ease do transport.

There’s a handy shuttle bus which is useful for getting you around the island.
Slightly further from the monorail but staff were accommodating and happily booked us taxi’s.
If you pay for the hotel in cash, payment is only in Singapore dollars.

Downstairs on the first floor is an exchange machine with a very bad rate!
Then the free bus service that picked us up from the door- amazing.
There is a bus B at the door of the hotel, very convenient

Bus departs directly from front door to other parts of the island.
We took a long time to understand it while riding the bus.
There is a free shuttle bus to transport you around the island.

Shuttle bus available for us to travel within Sentosa is really convenient.
A bus comes every 15 min to take guests around the island.
The concierge can’t even find a taxi to come to the hotel.

No direct shuttle bus into Vivo like other properties on Sentosa.
Transport is included around Sentosa which is a great bonus
They provide free tickets to VivoCity.

Spa: What guests say
View W Singapore – Sentosa Cove25 relevant reviews
Guests frequently praise the spa’s cleanliness, high standards, pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, infrared sauna, ice bath, and relaxation room. Treatments are well regarded but considered pricey. Recurring drawbacks include renovation or maintenance closures, limited treatment availability, cold air conditioning, and gender-separated facilities preventing couples from using the jacuzzi together.

We asked to use the jacuzzi indoors because it was raining but the spa staff told us that it was seperate for men and women so no romantic jacuzzi together, and it was also not hot as it was broken.
The air conditioning in the spa area is too cold, in fact it did not allow me to enjoy more than 10 minutes in the jacuzzi, it was very cold.
Spa with a sauna and a small pool with a hot tub, separate visits, boys to the left, girls to the right.

The spa is also excellent, with a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation room, and ice bath, all at a high standard.
We used the Spa for a couple of treatments & although a bit pricey, they were great
On the last day we could use the spa area to refresh ourselves before the flight.

The high standard of their service, especially the Front Desk Team and the Spa Supervisor (Eva).
Services Offered for neck massages were limited almost nothing available as only on specific day/ time.
The steam room, spa and infrared sauna was a nice touch for the adults.

Well, the SPA was unfortunately under maintenance - by no fault of the property.
Thanks also to Evie at the Spa who welcomes me warmly each time.
Maybe the spa could have a shared sex area pool for couples.

Also the spa facility and the smells in the hotel.
But actually the separation of male and female was ok.
The Spa was unfortunately closed due to renovation.

The room, spa and the facilities were pristine.
I was really looking forward to it.
Cleanliness of Men’s toilet in the Spa

Maybe just add the bubble bath..

The gym is repeatedly praised as well-equipped, spacious, well-maintained, and suitable for different fitness levels. Its 24-hour access is a notable convenience, especially alongside the pool; yoga sessions are also mentioned positively. One guest suggested adding reformer Pilates, while another only viewed the gym without using it.

Having a gym is great, and there's a lounge bar in the evening, perfect for having a drink when the weather is hot.
Pool & gym were fantastic open 24hrs so within Singapore's humidity all day and evenings u get access to the pool whenever.
Pool and gym are 24 hrs which is great as guests have the luxury of their own time to use the facilities.

I can see the gym looked nice eventhough havent got chances to try this facility.
The gym was awesome with all the essential machines in a well maintained condition
Gym is huge but I opted to take a walk around the marina.

A reformer pilates in the gym would have made it perfect.
Gym is 24 hours , very good place for holiday !
There is also a well equipped gym on site.

The gym hits everything for everyone on all levels.
The pool, waterslide and gym were highlights.
Great gym that are opened 24/7.
