Just returned from an amazing holiday from Bangkok! I never been a city break holiday type of person but this hotel and Bangkok has changed my opinion. This hotel gives you everything you are after for a perfect city break with comfort and luxury, an extra bonus with the great location.
While there are many other luxury hotels in BKK that blast luxury in your face (such as Siam Kempinski which literally is dripping with gold, or the Athenee which makes you feel visually and olfactorily welcomed the moment you enter the door), this hotel exudes quiet luxury throughout the property.
Despite only staying 3 days because my trip to Thailand was coming to an end, your hotel left me wanting to stay longer. I will return to take full advantage of your authentic 3-day, 3-life experience.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it left a lasting impression on us. This is truly a 5-star hotel that genuinely cares about its guests.
And I am happy and enjoying during my stay and continue to book this hotel as my trip to Bangkok again in the future
Eventhough, Im not sure about the event, but I'm pretty sure that I will come back and recommend this property.

A truly memorable stay — we can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
I understand and fully respect that smoking is not permitted in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
My Prifeanc is the great Hotel and Expriance is the best at the Eastin Hotel

•standards comparable to the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons but not their exuberant price
Eastin Grand Phayathai is a superb destination that perfectly reflects luxury and excellence.
It does not match the expectation of a friendly 5 start hotel .

I would definitely return and stay at this hotel again, hopefully soon.
Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service – Already Booked Our Next Visit!
Overall the stay was great and I will definitely recommend it!

My recent stay at Eastin Grand Phayathai was truly exceptional.
However, this hotel is the highlight of our trip.
Best in every sense - Best value, Best quality!

Overall one of the best stays I have had.
You won't find a better hotel in Bangkok
We'll definitely come back in the near future.

That we enjoyed our stay very very much!
I stayed for 2 nights with my wife.
A marvellous place to stay and Satisfaction

Every details is well thought out !
Exemplary and can't wait to be back!!
During the four-day stay, I stayed comfortably

We pretty liked everything about the hotel.
This was a great stay in Bangkok!
Superb stay at Eastin Grand Phayathai!

With all the excellent reviews about the hotel and its amenities, customer service was top notch. Shout out to the very professional, very nice and very attentive staff members at the lounge - Fha, Aomsin, Olive, Sora, Jang, all of them exemplified what Thai hospitality is all about - hospitality built on cultural values of kindness, patience, and a relaxed attitude toward life. It is indeed the land of smiles.
In addition, when I returned home,I found that I had lost the necklace, I emailed the hotel hoping that the housekeeper would locate it. Long story short, I soon received a reply from the relevant department of the hotel on the same day.
The staff are well trained and my daughter was flying in before us and my message to the Hotel staff was well received and understood so she could get into the room without making payment before i arrived.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Khun Olive, Goi, Sora, Flim, Pukky, Gee, Wit, Jemy, Preaw, Aomsin, Fah, Bell, and Khun Bom for their remarkable hospitality and impeccable service, which elevated the entire experience.
The staff are absolutely exceptional, we will definitely be returning. Personal thank you to Wit, Sora, Purry in the lounge. They have all been incredible, so kind, generous with their time, polite, well presented, wonderful staff members.
Hod was fantastic with us. Good help and advices and we thank him for that. We had a great experience thanks to him. Just ask and he’ll tell you what to do where to go. Trust him.

The staff member at our table (No. 33) was especially courteous and quick to clear plates — almost too quick! Despite the large number of guests, the team managed everything smoothly.
The moment I stepped into the premise I was approached by a warm and friendly female staff who helped me with the check in process.
Special mentions to Wit and Fah from the executive lounge for making it memorable by providing an exemplary service during our stay.

You are like family every time we come back to you, you welcome us with the most warm welcome and love.
Service and facilities are all in place, especially the hotel messenger always response promptly and willing to go extra miles.
And especially Opal and her colleagues were very warm and welcoming yet speedy and very clear in explanations--

Upon finding out they cannot mail postcards to the USA, he messaged me in their hotel app.
From the moment we arrived, Assawin (Mr Assaweenarak) and his team made us feel so welcome.
Even having a miss understanding regarding a charge, it was taken care of within minutes.

Also all the staff at the bar & pool on level 22 have been amazing.
The team @ Eastin Grand can be really proud of what they have achieved.
The highlight of our stay, however, was the customer service at the Executive Lounge.

Easton Grand Phayathai is very lucky to have them as part of their team!
Thank you to Ms Ploy too for your assistance during check out too!
They are not there just to protect and help but give amazing tips.

Staff are friendly and attentive, always give a warm welcome to all guests.
Is this the type of hospitality u want ur guest to experience?
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Everything—from the location and facilities to the staff's kindness—is simply outstanding.
The staff are what makes this hotel work so well.
Top notch services by the whole team from here.

Entrance, receptionist and concierge staff were also amazing!
The staff were always kind and helpful
We received exceptional customer service from Wit.

Turn down service had to be requested unlike in other similar rated hotels where they are automatically done. For the turndown service we only got 2 bottles of water. In the morning, no one came to knock at our door to ask if we wanted it cleaned so at 1230pm I called for cleaning service. At other similarly rated hotels normally before 1130 am I would get a knock on my door and a cleaner asking what time they could clean it.
Myself and my husband booked a basic room but in the arrival we decided to upgrade to an executive room and it was the best decision. Having an executive room comes with a benefits such a complimentary use of the executive launch that offers food and drinks. The room itself was very spacious, luxurious with an amazing view.
I also always rate a hotel by whether or not I can hear my neighbors and I'm happy to report that I couldn't hear anyone else while I was in the room which made sleeping in a nice room with a such a stunning view quite easy and relaxing!

I stayed in their 1 bedroom suite with executive lounge access. The room was spacious, clean, and had great views of the city. Bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom with a nice rain shower head and good water pressure.
That said, there were a few minor downsides. I noticed some stains on the bed linen, which was a bit disappointing. The carpet in my room also seemed a little unclean, and I spotted a few small insects, which wasn’t ideal.
We booked a Premium Deluxe with Lounge Access and it was worth it every bit. The room was super spacious with a great view and plenty of space. Everything was kept impeccable.

One night I left money and some belongings unlocked when I returned, went out again for about an hour, and later found that someone had come in and tidied the room.
This time we experienced the same problem after the housekeeping made up our room in one morning, we found hairs by the sink and floor which were not there before.
I'm just curious how often your staff cleans our room. It seems tidied every time I leave and come back — I've noticed it's cleaned at least twice a day.

I highly recommend booking a room with Executive Lounge access, it is worth every penny and it was even more memorable thanks to the lovely staff members Fah and Preaw!!
The mattress is wonderful. We stayed here for 5 nights. Our room is Deluxe at the end of a corridor. The sound proofing from outside traffic was not perfect.
I’m not sure just check but all in all it’s amazing also bottle water are free in my room every day it’s restock in my fridge for us

I notice many hotels have now started using QR codes for guests to connect, but unlike the others, this hotel is VERY responsive in the app chat.
We booked a 1-bedroom suite, which was spacious, well-appointed, and came with great amenities (though note there’s no bathtub if that’s important for you).
Just a bit disappointed to no bathtub in the standard room, which I brought over lots of bath salt to try to relax.

Rooms are comfortable, very cleanand have good beds, but are probably a bit smaller than usual in a 5 star hotel.
And we were upgraded to a suite on the 44th floor—an amazing surprise with stunning panoramic views of Bangkok.
Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with high-end bathroom products that added a luxury touch.

And ordered room service through the app provided and it was easy and very convenient!
Would have been so much better if beds were a bit more comfortable.
I had a very happy birthday with my girlfriend in the hotel.

Room was clean and spacious. It fitted the extra bed easily.
Room was airy, comfortable, strong hot water pressure, great WiFi
The room was comfortable and everything was in perfect order.

The facilities and rooms were very modern and clean.
Both of the two rooms were spacious and spotless.
The rooms are clean and have everything you need.

The bed was full size and very comfortable.
We were getting bottle of water every day.
The rooms and suites are very nice

It was my first time traveling to Bangkok and after reading all the reviews and after looking at all the many choices the city has to offer, I decided to stay at the Eastin Grand Phayathai, and I’m glad I did. Location is excellent, with direct access to the Airport rail link and the BTS skytrain station.
Just outside the hotel is a evening food market where you can get anything from mango smoothie to roasted pork with rice at incredible low prices to the right is a inside market which also sells food if your feeling brave enough to try !
The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. It's conveniently close to the Airport Express and the BTS station, making it easy to navigate the city and reach the airport quickly. This accessibility is a huge plus for both business and leisure travelers.

Though it's a little far from old Bangkok (temples, Chinatown), it has direct access to airport link and is located close to the big shopping malls and Lumphini and Benjakiti parks. There are also lots of very good restaurants in the area.
My parents and I made regular visits to Thailand to see family while I was growing up, so I’m familiar with its culture of excellent service, but this was my first visit staying in hotel.
There are many hotels in and around the popular tourists areas along Sukhumvit, but Eastin located Phyathai, at the end point of the Airport Rail Link is truly one of the best!

The location is excellent—right next to the BTS with easy access to the airport line and other routes, making it very convenient to reach the airport and get around the city.
If you are looking for accommodation in Bangkok that is convenient, comfortable, and located right next to the BTS, this place is definitely a highly suitable and reliable choice.
Location was great as its linked to the BTS & airport rail link. Only 2 stops from Siam station where you can walk to all the malls.

The location is unbeatable, with a direct overhead bridge connection to Phayathai train station and easy access to all the major shopping centers like Siam and Central.
Location was very convenient as it’s basically the last stop from the airport line. There’s a 7-11 nearby which makes it awesome for some last min snacks.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city with a direct internal link to the BTS station, which makes getting around Bangkok effortless.

Central World, Siam and other attractions are only a few stations away, and there are plenty of delicious eateries and massage shops nearby.
Hotel is conveniently located besides BTS through a sheltered short bridge link, with easy access to most areas of Bangkok.
We had been travelling in Asia for 3 weeks and ended out travels in Bangkok and wanted some luxury.

Phaya Thai BTS station is linked to the hotel, which is 2 stops away from siam. Extremely convenient.
The location is perfect — just a short walk to MBK and other major shopping malls
The location is very convenient with a direct sheltered linkway to the BTS and Airport rail.

It is one of the places that makes me want to visit Bangkok again.
Direct link to BTS station brings a lot of further options to nearby neighborhoods.
Which is also situated quite central in Bangkok and near the sky train.

From the 27th floor I had a clear view of the cityscape.
Location on the BTS/airport line connection in Phaya Thai is perfect
Easy to travel and to just stroll the streets of Bangkok.

Everything—from the location and facilities to the staff's kindness—is simply outstanding.
And only 2 stations away from dining and shopping landmarks
If you are happen in BKK, Let's try once!

Good location after you dessert , massage shop nearby
Location is great, near bts and airport link.
Excellent location being attached to the sky train

There are 13 food stations offering a wide variety of dishes, and overall, the quality is impressive. My favorite was the Japanese section — they use good-quality Japanese rice, and the chirashi-style rice bowl was delicious. The cheese and cold cuts were also excellent, especially the smoked salmon, which was moist and perfectly seasoned, not overly salty. The pork sausage was tasty, and both the Eggs Benedict and omelet were well made. The bakery section was also delightful — the croissant was excellent, and the cheddar cheese twist bread was particularly good. There’s even a pancake machine, which adds a bit of fun to the meal. Beverages were up to standard, with a good selection including infused water, tea, and coffee.
Wait till you see the Morning Breakfast Buffet, I have never seen any breakfast buffet in the world with so much variety and extensive offerings over at least a dozen stations with very comfortable seating - it was the entire hotel floor dedicated to this luxurious and sumptuous buffet, International, western, local Thai , japanese, chinese) and once again attentive and helpful staff- this is a major plus - so don't miss this breakfast experience that lasts till 11am! (most hotels here close at 10am)
I haven’t had a hotel breakfast for several months, so yesterday I decided to look for one. I originally planned to visit my usual favorite place, but after calling several hotels, I found that most were fully booked. While searching for alternatives, I came across the breakfast buffet at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. I’ve tried their Saturday dinner buffet before and found it quite good, so I decided to give the breakfast a try — and it turned out to be a pleasant experience.

The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of choices to cater to different tastes. From local Thai dishes to international favorites, there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was excellent, and the dining area was pleasant and spacious.
It is a large hotel, so the regular breakfast restaurant can be rather busy. Though the hotel makes up for this by having a really long window you can choose to have breakfast, from 6am to 11:30am, the longest I've seen anywhere.
Their breakfast is unbelievable!!!! I mean I’m a chef and it blows my mind my mind, the selection just never ends. I found myself walking around in the morning and struggled to decide what to eat because I just wanted everything.

The breakfast buffet was a major highlight! It offered an impressive variety of choices, from local Thai dishes to international options, catering to every taste. The quality and freshness were exceptional, making it one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced.
I also really liked the breakfast buffet on the 5th floor: the place was large with ample space, and there were simply too many breakfast choices, including Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and Western options, so there was something for everyone.
The breakfast was unlike anything I have ever seen in my life — an enormous selection of dishes from all around the world. It was more than just a meal; it was an experience on its own.

We also try the 5 floor the regular breakfast floor and also so many food to try this hotel has the best breakfast I’ve seen best best best I can’t explain you just have to try it
What I would recommend is more variety with halal food, the staff were more than happy to cater to our needs but having more options in buffet/ menus would be nice.
Indeed I experienced both crowded and non crowded days, but guess what, there are so many tables and chairs (of different types), they quickly found me a table each time.

Breakfast options in the Lounge has a smaller variety, but still all the essentials with an added a la carte menu, which made it a much more comfortable experience.
The breakfast buffet, which occupies almost an entire floor was delicious, with very good variety from local to international cuisine, and the quality of food was superb.
I opted to go for the healthier options for our entire stay and felt like a 'detox' week.Health juices, salads, smoked salmon, cheeses fruits etc,

I usually went down around 9 in the morning, and there was always a big variety to choose from – both Asian and Western.
It’s got your usual western stuff (including baked ham cuts), Thai stuff (including street food items like grilled pork?!!), Japanese stuff, etc.
Everything was delicious and a big plus for me adjusting to jet lag is the opening hour of 6 am.

Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice and they also catered to our Vegan requirements.
A highlight for us was the amazing breakfast buffet — a perfect start to each day!
A highlight for us was the amazing breakfast buffet — a perfect start to each day!

Breakfast was amazing with the huge variety of food from all over the world.
Additionally, the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied, catering to all tastes.
Just the cold drink section is enough to take your breath away.

Very nice property with good spread on breakfast buffet options as well.
It's up to you to go which way you wanted.
The breakfast is the best Yiu could ask for.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT. Really spoiled for choice!
The choice at the breakfast is incredible.
Huge choice in the morning breakfast buffet,

Since our flight was late in the evening, she proactively offered us a late check-out and the option to continue using the Executive Lounge until we left for the airport at 6:30 pm—including enjoying happy hour again!
We would recommend to book the Lounge Access in addition to the room as it has it little perks and staff there make sure you can fully enjoy your stay.
It is highly recommended to visit their daily happy hours from 5:30 to 7:30; it is free if your room type includes executive lounge access.

We had access to the Executive Lounge, which was incredible — excellent food, delicious drinks, and attentive staff who made the experience extra special.
Everything works, wifi, multiple lifts serving every floor , cleanliness - many things you take for granted, its all here at Eastin Phayathai -
Due to their high occupancy rate (even on weekdays!), at times I had to wait for a minute or more for one to arrive.

From the moment we checked in, Fah warmly welcomed us, introduced us to the hotel facilities, and even escorted us to our room.
Some parts of the hotel felt slightly run-down, and for the price, I would have expected a bit more polish in these areas.
I been there for site inspection, the hotel is brand new, very cleaned and great design, the vibe is very nice and classy.

It takes so long (about 10 mins) to get any lift and if you miss any lift you can’t even touch the button.
Welcome drink for 5 star hotel was a soft drink, really that’s appalling service from 5 star hotel on high end clients.
Executive lounge provided snacks and drinks all day and night and their happy hour comes with unlimited delicious cocktail drinks and food.

The free laundry service was also great - you get your clothing returned to you clean and nicely pressed within 1 day.
Hotel facilities is not good, the hair dryer is not enough hot, shampoo is not a good quality, make my hair loss.
I've seen before some hotel's housekeeper uses the used towel to clean the floor and around sink, which is really awful.

The designated smoking area was dark, open to everybody including bag packers, drunk and high youngsters, without any security cameras
The drinks in the executive lounge are diverse and rich, making me feel like I am on a cruise ship.
But would like the hotel could update the charger setting, which there is no USB charger near the bed.

The entire place is spotlessly clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
Lack of activities eg buggy services or Thai cultural activity for the price paid
I greatly appreciate the thought for the complimentary cake on my birthday

There are also some retail shops and convenience store. (See pictures)
To stay longer, they really need more elevators, a rooftop area
Book this hotel & the extras, it’s definitely worth it.

The facilities and rooms were very modern and clean.
Executive lounge의 서비스와 해피아워 혜택은 특히 정말 만족스러웠습니다.
It’s new so everything is in good condition.

The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding
The hotel's app is user-friendly and convenient.
It is new and well maintained.

The hotel has great transport links with the BTS just a short walk taxis and Tuk tuks just outside the Concierge will call a taxi for you but allow extra time in the evenings traffic is bad !
Before I arrived I liaised with the hotel to book an excursion this was all sorted before we arrived it was well worth the few extra pounds to have our own guide / Driver and boat !
Since our flight was late in the evening, she proactively offered us a late check-out and the option to continue using the Executive Lounge until we left for the airport at 6:30 pm—including enjoying happy hour again!

We also had a half day trip booked through the hotel (luxurious transport and our own tour guy) to see the train marked and the floating market, it’s a must do if you visiting Bangkok.
We could not have picked a better hotel, the convenience of being attached to both the airport rail and the bts lines make it so easy to get around.
The hotel is located about 40 mins train ride from the airport and honestly is soooo easy (end cheap/ £2.50 for 2 people one way) to get to.

We tried tuk tuk taxi and it was very cheap and fun ( i personally loved it) to get around the city/ about £6 for a single ride,
Access to the metro station (called BTS) is super easy from level 1. So you don’t have to exit the hotel to reach there. (See pictures and videos).
The biggest plus is its direct link to the BTS skytrain—an absolute lifesaver in the Bangkok heat—and it’s only two stops from Siam, perfect for shopping.

1. Direct access to airport link which helped me a lot saving time during my travel. (avoiding traffic jam by using BTS or Airport link)
It's pretty much attached to the BTS system which makes getting to and from the hotel super convenient to other parts of the city.
Getting to the hotel from the airport is a breeze—just a 30-minute ride on the airport rail link, which helps avoid Bangkok's notorious traffic.

We took a few tours that I booked independently with Get Your Guide and Viator that provided round trip transportation to the hotel.
We booked this hotel for one night because our flight from Phuket to Bangkok and our flight to Germany were one night apart.
We chose this hotel deliberately as we arrived in Bangkok quite late in the evening and wanted somewhere close to the skytrain station.

It has the airport link and BTS on its doorstep. A walkway connecting it to the hotel. So getting around is very easy.
Main purpose was the convenient train station directly linked to and from the airport. It was such a smooth ride to the hotel.
And the very very critical BTS system has a stop right at the hotel like 2 mins walk from the elevated walkway.

The hotel is connected to airport rail link and bts station by bridge so you don’t have to go up and down
Allowed us to take the train directly from airport to the hotel (last stop on the express line from the airport).
Making it very easy to get about the city, and even easier still to get to and from the airport.

Hotel is directly linked to airport via rail link providing a fuss free quick access to n fro.
We used the metroi to get to the hotel from the airport and it was easy and inexpensive.
It is greatly connected to the Playa Thai train station for access to getting around the City.

There is also railway connection in the hotel directly. It was easy to travel by train.
It is great that the station is connected through a bridge to the building.
•convenient direct access via BKK Airport Link for a traffic-free, quick journey

The hotel is close to BTS and ARL, with convenient transportation
We took the airport train to the Playa Thai stop.
That takes you to BKK Airport which came in handy

We will be back next time to try out the gorgeous pool again. The water was freezing cold so perhaps the management can consider installing a heater or make the water less cold for guests to enjoy.
The only thing that needs improvement is the 2 very beautiful pools on the 22nd and 37th floors with cold water. It would have been better to have an indoor pool with a pleasant temperature.
The hotel features a lovely swimming pool that offers a relaxing escape after a day of exploring. The pool area is well-maintained and provides a great ambiance for unwinding.

There are two pools but they don’t tell you how to find them (different elevators, not in sight of each other and you have to change on certain floors.
For more skyline views, go to their higher zone swimming pool on the spa level 37 - you can access it from level 22.
The pool on the 22nd floor was nicer than 37th floor, but 37th probably better for laps and the view was better.

And convenience pool is also nice it not deep so kids can swim I think it about 3ft pool on 22nd floor
We used the pools, which were lovely (though the water was a little on the cool side during our stay).
After a busy day out, it’s great to relax there, and the sunset view over the city never gets old.

There are two infinity pools; personally, I prefer the one on the 22/F because it has a better atmosphere.
And two infinity pools one is on the 22nd floor and the other on the 38th floor.
Otherwise both pools are beautiful, we like to stay at 22nd floor pool, with lots of benches

The pools had great views (although a bit cold, but that didn't stop me from getting in).
Nice swimming pool and gym, although the swimming pool can get quite crowded during the day.
37th floors in r one has amazing views of the city and is more for fitness

The 22nd floor you can get drinks and food again an amazing view of the city
I would wish the pools were heated since it was quite cold during our stay.
Also, the pool area was great and I could always find available day bed.

The infinity pool is a fantastic feature, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the scenery.
I didn't get to use the other amenities much, but there are 2 pools
4. I like The pool, restaurant (Italian one). a bit small but cozy.

Having to change lifts to access the top floor sky bar/pool/spa was annoying
The pool on the 22nd floor is one of my favorite places.
The 2 infinity pools look even better in person than the photos.

And then onto the infinity pool that looks out over the city
Literally you can stay in the hotel, the whole day with two pools
View from pool & spa at 37th floor is amazing.

And a great pool with amazing view of Bangkok.
The swimming pool was very nice
And more room at the pools.

Wish to have more variety authentic Thai dish 2 your floor 22 . I always try to have first dinner at hotel. but my first dinner @ floor 22 date 18th July was not good as I have expected.
The offerings tend to be the same every day, so a slight twist or change in the menu would make it even more appealing for guests staying multiple days.
The bars on this hotel were not so busy and a bit boring, but it was a low season when I was there.

The food in the Executive Lounge was fantastic, particularly during happy hour, which was so generous it easily replaced dinner for us.
When the bill came they had discounted it by I think 20% as we were hotel guests, without even us mentioning it,
The cocktails were of a good standard, and there was a mini buffet with good quality; it could actually serve as dinner.

Our big family has visited The Market many times—weekday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday brunch—and we are impressed every single time.
My stay Included nightly Happy Hour in the lounge, and this alone was worth the price — another buffet! With cocktails!
Overall, this is a buffet worth revisiting—good food, lovely ambiance, and excellent service. I will definitely come back again. 🤍✨

The main restaurant is huge with wide variety, however lacks halal options and Mediterranean food. Food was more Asian.
It was mainly appetizers but a large variety and really delicious with sufficient quantity for a full meal.
Whenever we are there for breaks or dining, the food and drinks are always well prepared and served

We also had lunch at the hotel and it was the same quality, excellent fresh food.
For the food, it would be great if it is have more variety in Thai food
Happy hours signature cocktails are delicious between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm in the Executive Lounge

We had the executive club excess. The dinner was delicious and plenty of choices to drink.
The food quality is consistently good, with fresh seafood, tasty hot dishes, and great desserts.
Please remember, don't miss foods and drinks offered by the hotel restaurant, bar and lounge.

However, while the quality is good, the buffet could benefit from a bit more variety.
And we also dined at the Italian restaurant, which was amazing—great food and service.
Tried also in room dining (after 10:30), the room not bad with reasonable price!

I also enjoyed the meals I had at the hotel’s restaurants during my stay.
The happy hour from 17:30-19:30 offered many delicacies with soft drinks, mocktails, cocktails...and etc.
One standout feature is the buffet, which offers a wide variety of delicious dishes.

The food is delicious and thoughtfully prepared, offering great value for the price.
There are plenty of dining options on the doorstep. Including in the building.
• Flavorful hot dishes and perfectly cooked meats

The Italian restaurant also deserves a special mention.
Ending in the goodness of the restaurant
The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed.

What really stood out was the service. I arrived early in the morning on an international flight and asked if early check-in might be possible. The team went above and beyond, kindly allowing me to check in on the Monday morning rather than waiting until the usual 2pm, a much-appreciated gesture after a long journey.
Check in was a breeze, I went straight to the executive lounge where I was welcomed by a very professional staff member, Sora, who very politely greeted me and offered a welcome drink, and took care of check in while I relaxed in a very comfy chair.
Since our flight was late in the evening, she proactively offered us a late check-out and the option to continue using the Executive Lounge until we left for the airport at 6:30 pm—including enjoying happy hour again!

From the start, terrible checkin service from front counter making us wait for a room up to 1 hour wait, until I complained about waiting especially after booking months in advance.
Only complaint is that after traveling 16 hours our two rooms were not available at check-in time (14.00) even though we were arriving at 14.30. Got both rooms at 16.00.
From check-in (when I was personally greeted and led away to be checked in before I even reached the front desk!) to check-out, the whole stay was seamless.

On the day of our departure, we were once again looked after by Fah and also by Wit, with the manager, Praew, going above and beyond.
From the moment we checked in, Fah warmly welcomed us, introduced us to the hotel facilities, and even escorted us to our room.
We arrived at the hotel alot earlier than the actual check in time but they still able to let us in.

The check-in & check-out experience was very good; you can enjoy coffee while waiting to check in & check out.
Please explain the housekeeping schedule and whether staff may enter rooms after the last scheduled cleaning during check‑in.
Great experience! Since we booked an executive suite we were checked in at the executive lounge.

We arrived slightly early , the hotel could not give us any room until 2PM .
Check-in was a breeze—fast, smooth, and hassle-free, which was a great start to my stay.
But because my DND sign was on, I didn't bother to call for it again.

Location has difficulty providing late check out as they are always high on occupancy rate.
From check-in to check-out, the service at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai was unbelievable.
When you check in, you can link their app to your room number

Check in at the Ececutive lounge with free refreshment and snacks were great.
It was a breeze and I was awed by the service standards.
But was not provided one upon arrival and check in.

This review is being written after checking in today.
Hassle free check in and check out experience.
Upon arrival, we proceeded to check in.

Check-in/check-out process was quick and seamless.
Check-in was smooth and easy,
The check-in was a breeze,

To checking into the hotel.
The check-in was flawless
To checking in.

After significant reflection, I guess the other deficiency of this hotel was a lack of a whirlpool or a jacuzzi or steam room.
I also had a few spa treatments and they were so nice and relaxing.
There’s also a Let’s Relax spa across the street for cheap good massage.

The spa was amazing as well - we loved our massages!
There’s a tasteful spa just across from the hotel.
The spa was a great place to relax

And a spa, which I haven't used.
These would be really nice additions.
The hotel also offers spa,

•in-house full service spa
The spa was awesome
I booked a massage

It is a complete professional gym, with fruits and towels and wipes etc. just no TV and no clock - ah hah, the first fault I discovered.
And the gym has everything I needed. It was never crowded when I went, which I appreciated.
Nice swimming pool and gym, although the swimming pool can get quite crowded during the day.

And a well-equipped gym which I hope to be able to use in my next visit.
We worked out in the gym and the equipment is modern, clean and functional.
But then, it didn’t concern me as I use my phone.

And the gym was good.
Amd a gym.
