I would give this hotel a higher score but I had a series of customer service issues that soured the stay for me.

It is on an extremely busy beach nyersection but they have staff to stop traffic to help you get across the streets safely.

There is not one thing I can think of that I’m not happy with hotel and their staff

Every aspect of the hotel was fantastic, with just a minor touch that could make it even better.

Luxurious and very well attended stay at Valia, we would highly recommend for both couples and families.

Almost cancelled our onward hotel in old town to continue our stay at Valia.

It has a very luxurious feel to it for a great cost.

The property was amazing and the theme and decor was amazing.

I especially enjoyed the club lounge, which also offered fantastic service.

Further more to that I had to raise a few more concerns, one of the managers was helpful but overall, it was very misleading and I was disappointed in how they dealt with The situation.

Help get us set up with the taxi app so my sister felt safe knowing no matter where we went she would not be stranded.

The staff were all amazing, especially the concierge, the staff that helped with baggage and the doormen who are special and were always so helpful!

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The staff and service levels are really impressive, everyone went out of their way to make it a special stay.

The front office manager Rapeepan went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable which I appreciate.

The front desk check in isn’t smooth whatsoever, and sometimes the people can be quite rude as well.

The conceive guy Diamond referred us to a fabulous seafood place about a 5 minute walk away.

The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience.

The staff was friendly and the concierge had excellent advise for day trips or train rides.

The other staff - restaurant, bellhops, etc. are great, so friendly, but the check in… ugh.

They kept our luggage free of charge for over two weeks while we explored Thailand.

She helped us find 711, pharmacy and clinics to take my some as son.

The bathroom was clean, large and spacious but two complaints: (1) the shower water heater has a temp malfunction where water will switch between hot to warm every 20 seconds which gets annoying, (2) no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing or towels!

Rooms were clean and large but it was an inconvenience to cross the street to use the gym, pool, breakfast which is in building 1.

Loved the design and amenities of the room, especially the luxurious bathroom / shower / tub and the divinely comfy bed soft sheets and duvet.

Only improvement i'd like to see is for the mini fridge in the rooms to be changed. It's just too small.

You offer one bathroom mat which helps but when other parts of the marble floor are wet it becomes ice.

My only criticism would be that the bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

I would put some sort of grip tape or mat down ot offer more larger or more bath mats.

One room with a king bed which was super comfortable and the other room with 2 twins beds.

The bedroom itself was large and the family room has a separate sitting area which is welcome space.

The room was quiet, the bed and pillow were very comfortable, loved the amenities, the bathroom was fabulous!

One of the closets was very odd- tall, narrow empty closet with no hanging rod or drawers.

The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.

Our room had a great view of the city with the balcony that we really enjoyed.

We had a room that was carpeted which smelt and the view outside was horrible.

We are happy to stay with the Main block, the place is new and clean.

Despite being on busy interception we never heard cars or horns in our rooms.

We had the family room and appreciated the extra space and the large bathroom.

It just was very smelly and almost dusty like carpet needed to be washed.

We booked a family room which connected 2 rooms and they were spacious.

Even though the bathroom is amazing and the marble tile is amazing,

There are lots of 4 people table, we are 2 persons, they are not flexible to rearrange, but asked me to sit in a crowded area with 2 persons table.

They said they would organise a breakfast box that we can take with us but we were not given anything at checkout which was disappointing.

The lounge was a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, and we especially appreciated being able to make special requests.

However, it is rather crowded in cafe during breakfast period, the staff must be flexible to allocate the tables.

I don't even eat breakfast really but went every morning because of the amazing flavors and selections.

The food was fresh and delicious for breakfast, lunch, & dinner!

Perfect walking distance to the Sukhumvit outing and drinking area, a bit far from downtown though if you want to visit all the temples and markets.

A little bit further to walk down Surkumvit Road than other but value for money much better.

It is in a good location, close to the BTS, with a lot of cafes and shopping.

I like that the area is not as congested and hyper as the main Sukhumvit area.

The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

Fairly centrally located with a small shuttle bus that runs approximately every 30 min.

There are so many things within the area that are accessible by walking.

Plenty of dining options in both the hotel and nearby, very walkable area.

It’s a nice area and it’s not far from the busy street.

Emperion is within Emp district which has 3 shopping malls within it.

Hotel have shuttlebus going every 15/30 min in to center.

Location is also great , very easy to get around

The Metro blue line is closeby through quaint backstreets.

Many options nearby fr eateries, shoppn, sites to see.

Hotel was clean and close enough to central Bangkok.

Only downside is the traffic noise from the street.

Shuttle services is a good add on as it bring u back and forth to the hotel from emperion.

The shuttle bus takes you to a near by BTS station and shopping malls.

A little further away from the city so taxi prices do rack up.

The hotel asked me to take the previous night to be certain to have room when I arrived early morning but hotel ask me fee for no show !!

A couple things was being part of the club title offered early check in which we were not allowed to do since it was booked which was fine.

Even though I checked in late and checked out early, both processes took much longer than expected.

If they can improve efficiency at the front desk, it would make the experience much smoother.

The receptionists seemed unorganized, and it felt like there was no proper system in place.

They literally check the taxi u arrived in to assure nothing left behind.

Ask me to pay all the next nights + many deposit.

U dont touch ur bags till ur in ur room.

However, the check-in and check-out process was frustratingly slow.

Our last day we had an early check out.

No breakfast for my first room unless paid.

The only point for us is that the corridor AC machine was out of maintenance and was throwing humid odor in the corridor.

As to the bath gel, shampoo amenities, they should apply more environmentally bottles or refill bottles.

To me, the smells of such are too strong. Please adjust to more refreshing smells.

There was a coffee pot but no coffee or sugar.

I have already asked them to review.
